Steven graduated BAcc in Economics and Accountancy from the University of Glasgow in 1992 and completed an MSc in Economics from Warwick University in 1993. Prior to joining Baillie Gifford, Steven was a fixed income investment manager with Scottish Widows. His experience includes seven years undertaking analysis and research for the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee, and involvement in managing the UK's foreign exchange reserves. Steven joined Baillie Gifford in 2004 and is Head of the Rates and Currencies Team.

Iain joined Baillie Gifford in 1994 after graduating MA (Hons) in Accountancy from Aberdeen University and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. After spells in the UK and North American teams, Iain moved back to the UK Equity team in 1999 where he currently manages our UK Core strategy. Iain is also the co-lead manager on our flagship Managed Fund, where he has been involved for 16 of the fund's 30 year history. His knowledge and experience as a stock picker is also a valuable input into our Pan European and Global Select equity strategies. Iain was made a Partner of the firm in 2005 and became our Chief of Investment Staff in 2013.

David Copsey is an executive director in the Global Portfolio Solutions Group (GPS), based in London, where he is a portfolio manager responsible for portfolio solutions for institutional and individual clients. David joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 in the Operations Division, supporting the Private Wealth Management Business. He then moved to a role in the Portfolio Control and Analysis Team, working alongside the Institutional Business. In 2010, David moved to the UK Institutional Sales Team where he was responsible for new business and managing existing relationships with UK and Irish corporate pension schemes. David graduated from Loughborough University with a BA in international business, having spent his penultimate year working for the Goldman Sachs Private Bank AG in Zurich, Switzerland.

Jihad Younan is an executive director in the Global Portfolio Solutions Group (GPS), based in London, where he focuses on multi-asset class portfolio solutions for institutional and individual clients. Jihad joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 in the Investment Management Division as a member of the Global Insurance team. In 2012, Jihad moved to the Product Strategy & Development team where he was responsible for market intelligence and competitor analytics. Jihad graduated from HEC at the University of Lausanne with a MSc in actuarial sciences and also holds an M1 degree in statistics and applied mathematics from Lebanese University.

Meike is a Senior Product Specialist for the global Multi-Asset investment capabilities at HSBC Global Asset Management in London. She works closely with the portfolio management team to act as the external spokesperson for various global multi-asset ranges, representing the views and investment strategies of the team. Meike's responsibilities also include defining and championing the multi-asset product offering and business strategy, as well as all aspects of wholesale and institutional client relations. Before joining HSBC Global Asset Management in 2010, Meike spent 7 years with JP Morgan Asset Management in London and Frankfurt, most recently as a Senior Product Specialist for multi-asset and equity products, where she specialised in creating sophisticated UCITS investment strategies.

Jane is a Senior Portfolio Manager and has been managing the World Selection Portfolios and Global
Strategy Portfolio ranges since launch. She has been extensively involved in the development of the investment approach used to manage HSBC's Wealth products. Jane has 18 years of portfolio management experience with the HSBC Group, focusing on multi-asset portfolio management and asset allocation. Her previous roles include Head of Global Investment Solutions, with responsibility for developing and structuring investment solutions for clients globally, including strategic asset allocation modelling and portfolio construction. Prior to that, Jane was Head of Multimanager for the UK and Middle East.
David Jane joined Miton Group plc in June 2014 and has more than 25 years' experience in investment management. He founded Darwin Investment Management Ltd in September 2010 and prior to that he was Head of Equities Investments at M&G. He was portfolio manager of the M&G Managed Fund and the M&G Cautious Multi Asset Fund, which he launched in February 2007 and grew to over £300 million during his tenure. Prior to M&G, David was the Head of Global Financials Research at AXA Investment Management and was at Newton Investment Management as Director of Global Financials Research. David graduated from Keele University with a B.A. Honours in Economics, Statistics and Operations Research.
David is Fund Manager of the MI Miton Cautious Monthly Income Fund, CF Miton Cautious Multi Asset Fund and CF Miton Defensive Multi Asset Fund.
Anthony Rayner joined Miton Group plc in June 2014 and has 18 years investment experience. Prior to Miton, Anthony worked for Darwin Investment Management Ltd, analysing portfolio construction and risk for the Darwin Multi Asset Fund alongside David Jane. Prior to this, he worked for M&G, focusing on portfolio construction and risk for UK equity funds and then for the multi asset fund range. Previously, he was a member of the Asset Allocation and Economics team at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Anthony is Fund Manager of the MI Miton Cautious Monthly Income Fund, CF Miton Cautious Multi Asset Fund and CF Miton Defensive Multi Asset Fund.
Ashley Lynn, Bachelor and Master of Arts (Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) (Yale University), Juris Doctor (Yale Law School). Ashley joined Orbis in 2013. She is a member of the investment team, with primary responsibility for fixed income research within Orbis' highly rated Global Balanced Fund. She previously worked as an attorney at Boyden Gray & Associates in Washington, D.C. and in a policy role at the Office of the Secretary of Defence at the United States Department of Defence.
Andrew graduated MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 1987. After three years working in investment banking in London, he joined Baillie Gifford in 1991. Having worked in the Japanese, North American and UK Equity Teams, Andrew is now an Investment Manager in the Emerging Markets Equity Team.
